A narrative short informed by research into Syrian identity, displacement, and cultural memory. The film explores themes that continue to inform my nonfiction and journalistic work.

Logline: A driven Syrian refugee violinist is forced to make a life-altering choice when her ailing mother and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity collide, forcing her to confront her past and discover a hidden passion.
